Kirstie Allsopp Christmas Craft Special

Kirstie Allsopp is coming back to our screens for a special 3-part series called Kirstie's Homemade Christmas.  It starts tomorrow night on channel 4 at 8pm and the following 2 programmes will be on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th December at the same time.  If you were a fan of her previous programme, Kirstie's Homemade Home, I recommend you watch this!

"Crafty Kirstie Allsopp returns for a three-part special in which she creates the perfect homemade Christmas.

Earlier in 2009, Kirstie turned her dilapidated Devon cottage, Meadow Gate, from a shell to a chic vision of country living. Kirstie sets up base camp in her cottage to take viewers on a yuletide journey of inspired decoration, wonderful gifts and perfect entertaining.

Packed with tips and information, the series is a goldmine of creative ideas that viewers can replicate at home. In each programme Kirstie takes on a theme and offers viewers the perfect guide to transforming any home into a Christmas spectacle, from Christmas decorations and handmade and homemade presents, to entertaining with plenty of food, drink and general merriment.

Plus Kirstie again visits local craftspeople and markets to try new crafts, creating her very own decorations, from blowing glass baubles to making wreaths, gingerbread men, stockings and candles."
