Valentine's Day Words And Verses

Valentines day is a bit like marmite, you either love it or hate it! I tend to see it as an excuse to go out for a nice meal. I do always make my other half a card but I find the hardest part of it is finding some really nice words to put in it. I don't want anything too gushy and just something simple.
There is a great book called Words to Make You Smile by Richard Meade which includes some really funny words and phrases for all occasions including Valentine's day. Here are a few from the book that might help when you come to make your card(s):

There are lots more in the book, and some of them are soooo funny it is worth a read even if you don't need a verse or two for a card. I really recommend this book.

Ha ha, I would settle for a dishwasher as long as I wasn't the only one who loads and empties it

Hee hee - I think I need this book to brighten up all my cards ps love does do the dishes, but eventually gets fed up and buys a dishwashers - take it from me ;0)
